Hi, I’m Amanda.

I am a doctoral student at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in the Department of Life Sciences Communication.

As a social scientist, I research environmental and science communication, especially through visual communication, social media and social movements. I examine how the framing of discourse and visuals of climate change and other science environmental topics impacts different audience’s attitudes, emotions and behaviors.
